Can I order a complete exam room setup โ€” bed, stool, cart, lamp, and diagnostics โ€” together?

Yes. Add each item โ€” bed, stool, cart, lamp, wall-mount system โ€” to your cart individually, and we coordinate the order as a single project. GTA clinics get white-glove install (delivery, inside placement, and wall-mount setup); for the rest of Canada we provide complete install instructions and can coordinate with our nationwide install network. For multi-room or multi-site clinics, contact us for project pricing and staged delivery.

Whatโ€™s the difference between the Welch Allyn and Amico wall-mounted diagnostic systems?

Both Welch Allyn (US-made) and Amico (Canadian-made) are well-established North American clinical brands offering LED-optics wall-mounted diagnostic systems with comparable feature sets. The Welch Allyn 777 series is the long-standing North American standard, carrying a 5-year manufacturer warranty. Amico DS systems are competitively priced and carry Amicoโ€™s compound warranty (7-yr base, 3-yr diagnostic heads, 5-yr aneroid, lifetime calibration). The Amico DS Base is the lowest price point of the four wall-mounts; the WA 777 Premium and Amico DS Extended both add a thermometer (SureTemp 690 and IR, respectively).

Do you install the wall-mounted systems, or is that our contractorโ€™s job?

For GTA-area clinics we offer white-glove install: delivery, inside placement, and on-site wall-mount setup. Outside the GTA we provide the system with complete install instructions and a hardware checklist โ€” your facilityโ€™s contractor (or our nationwide install partner network) can complete the install. Wall-mount installations require electrical access at the install point and a suitable wall stud or backing plate; we provide site-prep guidance with every wall-mount order.

What finishes and colors are available for the exam bed?

The Clinic Exam Bed (SKU 12-001M) ships in tan as the standard finish. A blue variant (SKU 12-001BU) is available as a separate SKU; both finishes include 5 drawers and a side step stool. For custom upholstery or multi-room standardization on volume orders, contact us for a custom-finish quote.

Are the diagnostic systems compatible with our existing wall mounting?

Both Welch Allyn and Amico wall-mounted systems ship with their own wall board (Welch Allyn) or panel (Amico, grey-finished) and mount to standard exam-room walls. If youโ€™re replacing an existing wall-mount, the new system can often reuse the existing outlet โ€” but the wall board and backing-plate footprint may differ between brands. If your install needs an adapter plate or youโ€™re matching an existing footprint, send us a photo of the current mount and weโ€™ll advise.

Whatโ€™s delivery and white-glove install like across Canada?

For GTA orders we offer full white-glove install: delivery, inside placement, and on-site setup for wall-mounts. For the rest of Canada we ship via standard freight to your loading dock or curb, with optional install partner coordination through our nationwide network. Lead times vary by product and stock status; we confirm an ETA when you place the order and stage delivery to match construction or fit-up timelines on multi-room projects.
