Will this fit under a standard counter, and what's the exact footprint?

The NOR-Lite-120L measures 19.9″ wide × 20.1″ deep × 34.4″ high, which fits beneath most standard 36″ counters with clearance for the rear ventilation gap (4″ rear, 2″ sides recommended). Confirm your counter's interior opening height against the 34.4″ figure plus a small clearance allowance. If you send us your cabinet opening dimensions before ordering, we'll confirm the fit.

Is the 120L large enough for a small clinic's daily vaccine and reagent storage?

At 120 L (4.24 cu ft) with 3 adjustable shelves, the 120L suits a small family practice, satellite clinic, or dispensary handling routine daily vaccine and reagent volumes. For higher-throughput vaccine clinics running large daily dose counts, an upright NOR-Lite-290L or larger gives more headroom. Tell us your typical inventory and we'll confirm the right size.

Does the under-counter unit still hold a stable 2–8°C with frequent door openings?

Yes. Forced-air circulation keeps the temperature uniform and recovers quickly after door openings, and the microprocessor control holds the 2–8°C range. The heated anti-condensation glass also lets staff check contents without opening the door, which reduces door-open frequency in the first place.
 

What does the 10-year compressor warranty cover, and how is service handled?

The NOR-Lite tier carries a 10-year compressor warranty (longer than the standard NOR-5L line), plus 2 years full parts and labour and a 1-year no-lemon full-unit replacement. Service is coordinated through Delmen as your single point of contact — we handle the claim, parts, and scheduling rather than bouncing you to the manufacturer.

Does it include temperature monitoring and alarms, or is that separate?

Monitoring and alarms are built in: a digital microprocessor display plus a full alarm suite (high/low temperature, sensor error, and door-ajar, audible and visual). A 72-hour controller battery backup keeps monitoring and alarms running during a power loss — note this protects monitoring only, not whole-unit cooling. A physical lock and key is standard.
