Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases made through delmen.com. By placing an order with Delmen, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Due to the nature of our products, which are primarily commercial and medical-related equipment, all returns are subject to strict eligibility requirements.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all included components, accessories, and documentation.
Delmen reserves the right to inspect all returned items and to reject any return that does not meet these conditions. Items that are opened, used, damaged, or not returned in original packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees at our sole discretion.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:
Custom or made-to-order products


Special order or imported items


Installed or assembled equipment


Any product that has been used or altered


Clearance or final sale items


All sales of the above categories are final.

4. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the original purchase price. This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging costs associated with returned items.

5. Return Shipping and Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any applicable freight, handling, or logistics charges. In addition, the original shipping cost incurred by Delmen will be deducted from the refund amount.
In cases where a return is due to an error, defect, or issue attributable to Delmen, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Items (DOA)

Any product that arrives damaged or defective must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims must include clear photographic evidence of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.
Failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim. Delmen reserves the right to assess and determine the validity of all damage claims before approving any replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment without penalty, subject to any applicable payment processing fees. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be treated as a return under this policy.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued either to the original method of payment or as store credit, at Delmen’s sole discretion. Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.
Any applicable deductions, including restocking fees, original shipping costs, and return shipping costs, will be applied before issuing the final refund.

9. Exchanges

Delmen does not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to obtain a different product, you must return the original item (subject to this policy) and place a new order separately.

10. Final Decision

All return requests are subject to review and approval by Delmen. We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with this policy or where misuse, damage, or non-compliance with return conditions is identified.
