This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through delmen.com. By placing an order with Delmen, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. Due to the nature of our products, which include large commercial and medical equipment, delivery is subject to specific conditions and limitations.
Delmen arranges for delivery of all products through either our in-house team (within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions) or through third-party carriers. Delivery is generally provided as inside delivery, subject to accessibility and site conditions.
Inside delivery is contingent on factors including, but not limited to, sufficient door clearance, unobstructed access, building restrictions, and overall site feasibility. The delivery provider reserves the right to refuse inside delivery if these conditions are not met. In such cases, delivery will be completed at the nearest accessible point, including curbside if necessary.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is fully accessible and suitable for the product ordered. Any conditions that may affect delivery, including stairs, narrow hallways, elevators, restricted access points, or multi-floor placements, must be clearly communicated prior to order fulfillment.
If accurate site information is not provided in advance, additional charges may apply, or delivery may be limited to curbside or the closest accessible location at the discretion of the delivery provider. Delmen and its delivery partners are not responsible for delays or limitations caused by undisclosed site conditions.
Installation, placement, and off-skidding services are not included in standard delivery. These services are available at an additional cost and must be arranged prior to delivery.
Installation pricing is based on the information provided at the time of order. If actual site conditions differ from what was disclosed, additional charges may apply. Customers may alternatively arrange their own installation services if preferred.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For deliveries within the Greater Toronto Area and nearby regions handled by our in-house team, expedited or next-day delivery may be available depending on product availability and scheduling.
For deliveries outside these regions, timelines may vary based on carrier operations, distance, and logistics, and are subject to external factors beyond Delmen’s control.
Delmen coordinates all shipping and delivery logistics on behalf of the customer. Customers are not required to manage freight arrangements directly. However, once delivery has been completed—whether inside the premises or at the designated accessible point—the responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.
Delivery providers are responsible for transporting the product to the agreed delivery point only. They are not responsible for unpacking, off-skidding, positioning, or final placement of the product unless installation services have been pre-arranged.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, inaccessible site conditions, or failure to meet delivery requirements, the delivery may be rescheduled. Any additional delivery or redelivery charges incurred in such cases will be the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are required to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, shortages, or issues must be noted at the time of delivery and clearly indicated before signing any delivery confirmation.

Delmen currently ships across Canada. All shipping costs are calculated based on location, product type, and delivery requirements. For remote or extended delivery areas, shipping rates may vary and will be communicated prior to order confirmation.
While Delmen makes every effort to consolidate shipments into a single delivery, orders may occasionally be fulfilled in multiple shipments depending on product availability, warehouse location, or carrier logistics. For deliveries handled by our in-house team within local regions, we aim to deliver all items together whenever possible.
Delmen is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or regulatory restrictions. Any delivery timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to change.
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. By signing the delivery confirmation, you acknowledge receipt of the product in acceptable condition unless otherwise noted at the time of delivery.
